Silas Leander Hovious Born in 1843, Smithland, Livingston County, KY. Son of James M. HOVIOUS and Lucy Jane PHILLIPS. Married Georgia Ann Litton WADLEY [daughter of Lian Burton Litton and Mary Polly Hankins; 01 Mar 1853 - 12 Jun 1913].
Silas was a farm laborer; he died between 1900 and 1910. The 1880 census indicates Silas L. Hovious was blind.
